This is not meant to replace a job, it is meant to scaffold an already income unstable family while they figure out their options. Are you against feeding families, Rep Moore?

My Tweet was clear. Provide real jobs, not pathetic handouts. Everyone should be against such clearly insufficient placates. We can, and must, do much better. Try living on $500 a month, and then get back to me with how things are going.

So was mine. I wasn't saying that anyone's intent is for families to live solely on $500 a month, but perhaps you are too far removed from the plight of average constituents that you think an extra $500 a month is not worthwhile. I ask: what about those who cannot work?
