This Sunday/Monday, he will be transferred out of Al-Moscubiyeh interrogation center to a prison - at this moment, we are not sure which prison he will be sent to. We can assume that the prosecutor will bring a charge(s) by the 10th!
However, we have no idea if Ata Khattab will be charged on this exact date nor do we know what the charge will be. Ata Khattab will stay in the prison he is sent to while he is being prosecuted. We don't know how long the prosecution may take.
