Today we remember Palestinian academic #EdwardSaid, who died on this day in 2003. Said was a prominent voice that spoke on behalf of Palestine and helped shed light on the Palestinian struggle - his impact on the fight to liberate Palestine cannot be understated.

#EdwardSaid was an academic genius whose contribution to the mental and literary liberation of the majority part of the human race was outstanding. He still lives in his enormous literary contributions,as most of what he has written is coming to pass -
