    Beneficiaries under the TPS designation for Haiti will retain their TPS while either of the preliminary injunctions in Ramos or Saget remains in effect.

    Beneficiaries under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations for El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan will retain their TPS while the preliminary injunction in Ramos & the Bhattarai orders remain in effect, provided that their TPS is not withdrawn.
