Mensa Moron is at it again. So why would anyone buy insurance then? Doesn't cover pre-existing conditions, so you roll the dice and then buy more expensive policy after you've been diagnosed? Looks like everyone else's coverage be has to go up. Bad idea, he just doesn't get it!
