e.g. an 18 year old dating someone around the end of their 20s is hella sus. of course age gaps get more flexible the older you get but in the example i gave they are still in very different phases of their life

Maybe to you, but I don’t see how that’s a problem. At that age people should be able to decide for themselves what they want.

i disagree, an 18 year old is still a (late) teen so a 10ish year age gap is a lot while someone in their late twenties, a full grown adult, has a full time job. so as i mentioned before, they are both in very different phases of life. i just think it’s weird

Yea My mom is actually 6 years of sumn older than my dad but they starting dating when my dad got out of grad school (late 20’s) If my dad was in high school and was dating my mom it’ll be a much different story
