Trying to generate multiple cohesive thoughts at the same time while outputting them in different formats is definitely not something the human brain is primed to do. I'm guessing it's an acquired skill or a have/have-not thing? But no you're definitely not big dumb

It's one of those evolutionary psychology things Being able to communicate in multiple mediums at once isn't useful for survival so it's not developed, like other stuff It's applied knowledge from learning a bit about that stuff, so like, moreso the latter?
