    When I discovered Beijing cooks stir-fry bagels I was blown away. Rather than smear it with cream cheese they decided bagels could sub for laobing a type of Chinese bread. Stir-fried with cabbage, pork, ginger, soy sauce,and chilies it’s surprisingly good!
