@urbit Sorry, I'm not a technical individual..what about anonymity? If an address owned by someone and fixed to that individual – does that preclude being anonymous?
Internet is not a friendly place if you can not control your anonymity to powerful parties.

Today's social media does not connect people in any meaningful way, it's just not designed for it. And you want to separate people from each other even more? It's my view that we should bring people together, and not split and stratify even more.

People might want to hide, but the way to go is to give them tools to connect privately and safely. Not by giving them a place to hide from the larger world community. That's just my view.
