noble experiment any in-state work period requirements for graduates?
I care about providing public higher education tuition free because learning is a right, no one should be a slave to debt from wanting to learn and make a better life, and that our personal lives are enriched from everyone coming together to pitch in their part.

Maybe just happily paying taxes for other future students with money from their new job they got because they received a well-rounded, high-class education from a state university. Like a social karma type of thing.

Really? How? Government has always been involved. Maybe it's more complicated than a simple 'government being involved'. Such as lowering taxes (which cuts funding) but demanding more while providing le$$. For profit is for bottom line.
