@YouTube I have a question. Why is your app “restrictive” on the iPhone only letting me view up to 3 days of subscription videos? When my Android can view more than a month ago? I want to view a video a week ago in my sub box, but it stops after 3 days.

That's strange! Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your iOS device to check if there's any difference. Also, please check if it's still the same when you switched network from WiFi to mobile data and viceversa. keep us posted.

I’ve uninstalled and tested on both networks still same problem. Even my iPad does it. I think it’s just an iOS thing.

Hmm, could you check if there are any pending OS updates available on your device? Let us know.

Thanks for confirming. Could you also check if using 'Incognito Mode' on the app from the Settings drop-down would help fix the issue? Keep us tagged.

So I wanted to do a follow up on my situation, basically I can only scroll so much then I’m “cut off” on loading more videos.pic.twitter.com/eRjThelU95
