Great stuff! Would every country be in charge of its own democratic elections or is this proposing a unified electoral system that countries adhere to? Why advocate for an additional body instead of replacing the UNGA? How would an additional body's powers differ from UNGA?

The point is to extend and fulfill the UN's existing mission which was never to reduce or eliminate sovereignty except in times of peace instability so the role would be more like voting to "clean one country's plastic garbage so it doesn't encroach into another country."
