It has been close to 4 years since I moved to Bangalore & found a place in Koramangala. The sony signal flyover has been under construction since that time & even now is nowhere close to finishing. 🤷🏻
Every city seems to have better roads than Bangalore.

So difficult to be in Shaw's shoes right now. The self-doubt creeping in your mind as you see your teammates bat it out for a day or so.
They don't notice the bank or the provider of the card but notice the difference in the weight of the card right away. It might be their highlight of the day. An unintended, but a good consequence.

I think a metal card succeeds in getting the attention of these users. Amongst all the cards they are swiping, if you give them a metal credit card, they almost have an instant reaction to it, usually of surprise, followed by a smile. (2/3)

While designing credit cards, no one would have thought about the user who swipes the card on PoS machines numerous times in a day. I think he/she is the only other person who holds your card physically, apart from you, at the time of transaction. (1/3)
