How did we get here? The last thing I would want is a pilot selected based on the color of his/her skin or the shape of his/her genitals rather than his/her ability to fly a plane.

What are the ratios of qualified pilots? Are you going to hire less qualified pilots just to be "woke" ? When I fly I want to be confident the pilot of my flight was chosen because they were the most qualified...not because of their skin color or gender.

All pilots regardless of skin or gender have to meet FAA requirements. Period. I flew for 44 years and never had an unqualified pilot in the other seat. It just cannot happen.
