So, uhh... my AirPods Max form condensation after extended use. They’ve never been used in any humid environment. The water gets inside the drivers and has caused ear detection problems. I’ve been wearing them inside sitting at a desk mainly, nothing crazy. Super concerning issue

UPDATE:
Sadly, a few months after this... the headphones started malfunctioning to the point of failure. I do have an AppleCare replacement on the way, but I have no doubts in my mind this was due to the constant condensation buildup inside the AirPods Max. Hopes are up... RIP 🪦

Which color do you have? I’ve heard the Space Gray is the worst due to heat absorption.

Warm ears and roughly 12 hours of consistent use mostly. Literally just sitting at my desk listening to music. Cold room as well which added to this. YEP

Hmm… Genuine question: if you did nothing abnormal, why doesn’t everyone have this issue?

Honestly I do have ‘hot’ ears. I’ve seen few other reports, but I never sweat because of the heat. I am a special case for sure, but wanted to share the issue nonetheless XD
