There are many videos out there. Watch them all & ask, what would have happened if the teenagers just respectfully moved out the way to let the drummers pass? Because that’s what they SHOULD HAVE DONE! BTW, you have NO CLUE what “stand your ground” (not applicable in DC) means.
-
Except the Native American activists were not trying to "get through" They purposely went into the group of kids & singled one out to try a& provoke a response There was plenty of open space on both sides of the boys f they had wanted to pass
-
Jim, you are utterly misreading this. Watch some OTHER videos. The intentions are clear in the faces of the two. You’re twisting yourself into a pretzel to try & justify this, and I have to ask why.

The most unnerving comment I’ve read so far and since this is the only thing happening on Twitter, I’ve read a LOT of comments. Glad someone else caught it too.

She's lost in the love of her own hate

I’m NOT the one wearing a MAGA hat. Peace and blessing to you.

-
Me either But I'm tempted to buy one now while it's still legal TBH I'd like it more if it was somehow illegal Have a Nice Day

If you ask me, it looks like he’s trying to send them good vibes. I may be wrong but I’ve never seen a Native American use singing in a negative way.
-
Exactly what I was thinking, Native Americans are peaceful people.
-
Not exactly. Unfortunately it wasnt all peaceful tribes. Do some research on warrior tribes. Apache, Sioux, Cherokee, etc. Please remember the only reason some Native American tribes partnered with the Europeans was because they were tired of getting killed by other tribes

Jeremy its 2018 not 1400-1800's.... Have you ever been to a powwow?....say.... Gathering of the nation's?.... It's multi native nationed....
-
Yes sir it is 2019. No I have not been to a powwow, have you? However I am VERY proud of my Cherokee heritage. I understand things are not as they were, however there is a major misconception or gap in knowledge of history that I wanted to state on the record.
-
Been to plenty. It's part of my heritage as well...My daughter and wife's family dances in them. Your response was to a lady's response about Native Americans being peaceful. I responded to let you know this was ages ago and there are no songs of negativity towards others.
-
As a matter of fact we gather in peace to keep our traditions alive. All are welcomed at them also.... It's not main stream so many are ignorant to it... This man was praying over them. It's a blessing...
-
I respect that :) I just want to go ahead and say this: theres no negativity here either. I honnestly welcome and open and honest conversation so people can learn. Thank you for helping with this mission.
