    I don't know of anyone in polisci more holistically field-transforming than Vince Hutchings. His scholarship is brilliant, and his grad mentorship is unparalleled. He's a big part of how Michigan polisci hooded ~2x more Black & Latinx PhDs than the 2nd most school since the 90s.
