      Its been 3 months & 20.61 days since I fixed my depression. Thanks to a gene test. I also fixed sensory overload issues assoc w/ autism. I no longer experience brainfog. My sleep schedule? still fucked, & I still can't focus on things for very long. Fixing that is my next goal.

          September 26th, 2018: Gene test initiative was a success. Diet changes + fasting alleviated most symptoms of depression & autistic meltdowns. Experimenting with being able to rapidly tune my sleep schedule. Making progress at structuring my environment so I can stay productive.
