Where does the name come from anyway? Because in my language kip means chicken and I will never get over people casually being named chicken even if it doesn't mean anything special where they are from

I’m not going to lie, if I met a dog named Heather, it would be tiny and fluffy and a bitch. And absolutely appropriately named.

My childhood dog was named Heather! She was 20 lbs and the chillest dog ever. She was a Westie, and that is not common with the breed.
