OS X devs beware: NSImage will kick you in the nuts if you use initWithSize w/ lockFocus and have mixed HiDPI and LoDPI(?) monitors in use.

@ccgus If you want pixels, use NSBitmapImageRep directly. That's why there is an abstraction.
