The person who copyright striked my channel has followed up via e-mail. He's extorting me for €200 to remove the strike @TeamYouTube I've used 25 seconds of music in the outro of a 5 minute video. Is this something I can dispute somehow? Please help
Is he the license holder? If it's his IP, then your really don't have much ground on which to stand, unless you have explicit permission to utilize it, or if it has some sort of open license (Creative Commons, public domain, etc.).

"Fair Use" likely does not come into play here. Unfortunately, if you use IP without permission, this is a possibility. There is no role stating that the license holder must first claim, rather than striking. Again, this depends on the claimant being the actual IP holder.
