What remains liquid is, yes. A good portion will vaporize before it can be contained so it’s released as gas.

RD-180 is designed for, IIRC, 20 reuses with zero refurbishment other than changing the start cartridge (just that Atlas lacks a means of being recovered). So no trouble there. ULA doesn't see a need for this though, just an engine acceptance firing in Russia and sometimes WDR
