CO2 doesn't burn your lungs. It will make you gasp. There are plans on the interwebs to use carbon monoxide, helium, nitrogen or any other inert gas to end your life using what is called an Exit Bag which fits over your head.
Humane slaughter they call it, immersed in CO2, lungs burning, gasping for a breath of oxygen. If it is so humane why don't we use it to end the life of humans too sick, in pain and wanting to die?

Any kind of death that suffocates is an horrific death. That’s a known fact, so if it burns the lungs or not isn’t that important because suffocating is horror.

Assisted human euthanasia is done with pure Nitrogen. You don’t notice the lack of Oxygen, and instead just breathe normally until you slip into unconsciousness.

They already did it in the Holocaust. Used the same method & I'm pretty sure it wasn't humane then either. Yet, people freak out when it was done to humans but when it's done to animals, oh, it's suddenly "natural", "humane" and "that's what animals are for." Piss off Barbra.
