  3. 7) over the current process? What are the downsides to long-form debates? It's hard to think of any, except maybe still lacking the awareness of what is happening in parts of the country you've never been to. What if we passed a law that says you must visit x number of states

  4. 6) United States, you can't cover all the areas fast, giving enough time for the media to spin stories, create narratives and bias the entire thing. Which leads me to think about long-form debates via podcast style discussion. Would the American people benefit from this format

  6. 4) Could we benefit from the same-day/week election process where voters get information about each candidate's policies from a collectively vetted 3rd party (perhaps a commission made up of various organizations that verifies the validity of each statement)

  8. 2) craft the story to follow a certain narrative? After all, who wants to work for a publication where you simply report what happened with zero personal take. The fact of reporting something would most certainly skew the information on the principle of who is reporting it

  9. 1) I've been thinking about the peculiar challenge of having bias-free news. How would this ever be accomplished? Is it even possible? Let's say all media made the same great profits no matter what they publish -- would we still want to publish sensationalized headlines and

Either Biden got super lucky, or someone is pulling major strings on his behalf. Or perhaps the Dems were shocked he didn't place 1st based on polling. Polls could be wrong?

This race will come down to who reaches out to most people face to face or through calls in NH, SC, NV. Pretty clear people are indifferent toward any candidate and just haven't considered Yang's message from a point of view that relates to them.

    - stay strong. We got over 5% of the popular vote and should be higher as final numbers come in. We were real in Iowa and New Hampshire can be a great state for us with its open primary. Keep fighting.

It's not to say this didn't exist before the internet, but the move to attention economy -- the battle for your attention is creating a sensationalized facade of the reality of things. Coupled with human emotions and access to instant publishing, we get to where we are today.

I think technology is in a large part to blame for the inflated drama we see today. Progression from print to the internet and mediums like Twitter are causing people to think irrationally -- which got us to where we are today in politics - division, confusion, outrage.

There was definitely incompetence on caucus night, but this is human error... we are human after all. The process is archaic and is probably not best suited for larger populations. The point being, it's all screwed up anyway, we shouldn't have one state suck up tens /

After he speaks there, we will pick up more support, more donations. Yang will do the hard work in NH, hopefully with our help. Hopefully more celebrities endorse him and POC get behind him and this is our path forward to NV where we make a strong appearance.
