The fraternity has been suspended by its national organization. Whenever we receive complaints of racist or discriminatory conduct, we refer such matters to our Equal Opportunity Office in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Bullshit. You guys give African-American frats a hard time on that campus. Suspending them and even sending them to jail. A white frat is clearly seen on a video taunting slavery and saying “n*gger” - what are you doing about it ?
-
They don't even disclose what Greek society it is
-
Exactly! Let it be a black fraternity and they release ALL information to every news outlet and post pictures smh

After you suspend the chapter, the four students need to be expelled from your institution.

Read the school's code of conduct, which they agreed to when they registered, and then come back here and tell us why you were wrong.

Suspended???? That's it?! Your brand is in deep ####.

Say “expelled” by both the Chapter AND the Fraternity. That’s a pretty severe punishment, to lose active status at the local chapter ... but to be removed from the fraternity permanently. That means they cant transfer to another chapter at another school — And UGA still to act!
