    One thing that I especially want to mention about this paper is that we came up with the initial idea in 2015, and have been working on it for the last 4 years. The project has withstood mission proposals, PhD submissions, launching careers outside academia, and a baby.

    On Friday we had Dr. Chiara Petrone from giving amazing talk on volcanoes and her experience as a female in geology academia. This was a part of talks here at , it was super inspiring and we deffo need to hear more people like this

    It was a sad weekend for many of us in the UK, having departed the European Union. We're very much still members of however... projects like reflect the importance of international cooperation, which I was very happy to stress at !
