A previous criminal conviction of this severity would likely result in his original application being denied. Can it not also be used as a reason for his removal now the conviction has come to light? As of right now he is still a U of C student, which doesn't sit right with me.

Students get expelled for plagiarism and much less severe things. Why not a criminal conviction? I understand the complexity of the issue but I’m disappointed how accommodating everyone has been to him.

If this happened before he was a student here, then why was he ever accepted to the school in the first place? And how is there no grounds to expel someone who committed such an act, when you suspend people for plagiarism.....

Was he also advised to only sexually assault people off campus? Or maybe do his very best to not assault anyone else until he graduates?

yo how do you reconcile this excerpt with the fact that you said without skipping a beat "yeah sure this convicted molester can finish class before he goes to jail"?pic.twitter.com/BjwwSLIhBv

Nobody's falling for your cliche "we live in a complex world" drivel by the way. That's just bullshit publicists write to handwave awful, conscious decisions as simple mistakes or lapses of reason.
