Rep Andrew Barkis (R) now blaming Seattle's traffic engineers for people getting stuck in an intersection blocking the box, speaking opposed to the bill.

Now Morgan Irwin, Seattle Police Officer, is saying that the city of Seattle has "destroyed their surface street infrastructure". Still says he will vote for the pilot project bill.

Now Rep Drew McEwen is apparently advocating for residents of the Rainier Valley who don't speak English? He represents Union, Washington. Not sure what his point was.

She says she interacts with blocked crosswalks all the time, works on 3rd Ave and sees the amount of people moved on transit. Of course she supports the bill.

Now it's time for Rep Orcutt (Kalama) to talk about what a nightmare it is for him to go to downtown Seattle on legislative business. "We don't have transit lanes in the 20th district. We certainly don't have them in Kalama!"

And now it's time for Rep Walsh (R-Aberdeen) to state that the reason to vote no is that it is both unconstitutional, and calls it a regressive tax bourn by people who are not familiar with Seattle's shoddy road conditions and confusion street signage.
