Great job with --strictFunctionTypes. However, I'm looking forward to having --strict = true by default. The more optional features... 1/2

are introduced, the less they're adapted. Many projects started in older TS versions don't catch up. Default strict might encourage it. 2/2

There's a killer feature idea! "Infer types from runtime / debugger"(https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/508588 …) Would make converting JS to TS so much easier!

My favorite improvement is the "Faster --watch mode". It's instantaneous and I can use
