Better support for `pipe` and `compose` is a big win!

Will the babel typescript plugin be able to take advantage of the faster incremental build?

Babel alone doesn't really need it if it already has a tool that checks against input/output timestamps to see what needs to be updated. It's more important for type-checking, as well as situations where the emit for one file can be affected by changes in another file.

        That's a TC39 thing, not a TypeScript thing.

Oh, TypeScript ❤️ I am converted! Keep focusing on the FP stuff :-) Would it be viable to get a flag that sets your project in default-to-readonly mode? The readonly features are so powerful, but it's not viable for a team to tag 95% of the project with readonly 😥

Can you eloborate on your read-only approach a bit?

Named parameters looks too complex and overwhelming

Ahhh! This is a really fantastic update, congrats folks! The better inference will help significantly as I work with a lot of higher-order heavy FP tooling. And congrats @atcb to the TS team! @amandaksilver
