At least on android there's an official app where you can change it back to online, just search for http://battle.net

that happens on my phone when i logged in offline mode on pc. i think you might need to switch back to online mode on pc.

this happen because you turned offline on the computer andthen you switched to the ipad, you need to change it on the computer
