I hope Blizzard will fix it soon. Same problem for me, I have a postitive ratio and my rank keeps going down. This really sucks... :(

Those losses really can hurt your self-esteem, that must be really frustrating to go through that because usually a positive win rate should net a higher rank

It’s working correctly. Problem is that in the time it takes you to win a game a bunch of people hit legend And start somewhere higher than where you are at. With so many people starting in rank 5 a lot of people hit legend faster so you see these “problem”

Interesting. My guess is that you were legend so early the matchmaker had a really hard time finding you a reasonable match.

I am also skeptical there are 2k legend players this early in the season even with the new changes. Will investigate that.
