Arguably because you've played more games? So they base it first off of number of wins, and second off of games played. Same thing with how kin is lower than Cheonsu, and how posesi is above Flurry/Ryvius. ...weird, but hey, it works

It’s probably ordered by tiebreakers (which will be better for 3-1 than for 3-0, just because you faced more opponents). And those are not design to reflect well situations with different amount of games played.
