Yo tyler to save you the literal headache from those lights, dont point them directly at you. Let the light reflect from your ceiling to distribute it evenly. They are more than bright and can be really tiring after hours pointing tat you

Agreed, also it could be used without the softboxes. Point one to the top of front wall, and put other one behind you. So the rear one will create nice counter light and the front one will soften itself reflecting from the wall and creating a great fill light one your face
