Just threw up 3rd time since I’ve been in Vegas and still feeling miserable. I think I got food poisoning from either Sushi at the tokyo airport or the airplane food :/ Any tips on how to get better faster?

Eat : rice, bananas, boiled vegetables, soda without caffeine. Avoid : fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, alcohol and caffeine. Takes some time to heal though like 2-3 days I'd say
