So they didn’t have the dish she wanted and walked to the restaurant next to it where they had a working credit card machine and I paid for her meal so we’re even now

Vietnamese airport creditcard machine was broken and I didn’t carry any cash and the girl behind wanted to pay for my 10$ meal. I felt so awkward and didn’t want to but she insisted. Was she just being nice or trying to hit on me? I’m really bad at this can’t tell

There's also a good chance she wanted to get on with her day / not miss her flight and you were holding the line. But you could ask her if she'd like to join you for the meal in hopes to find out more.
