It is truly painful to look at my dad like this every day but I wont give up. I cant find professional help in vietnam as they are bad here. Really desperate to talk to an expert through maybe a skypecall. I dont care how much it costs. I want to save dad

@phovietnemay do you by any chance know a medical expert around vietnam who could help? -
I do not know any medical experts personally but I can recommend seeing experienced oncologists at these two hospitals: http://benhvienungbuou.vn/ and http://choray.vn/TTUngBuou/

Is it ammonia? If the liver isn’t working properly that can happen and cause what you describe.

My dad is going through something similar but not as extreme. He suffers from hallucinations but not every single day and doesn't have the nightmares so much. He has seen people that have died but it's not scary to him. I hope you find the help you need, Tyler.

I’m no expert but what’s his sodium level? My mom had a terrible episode a month before her passing and it was caused by the low sodium

Pls don’t be ignorant & think before you speak. Our dad is in a critical state so of course Tyler is exploiting himself for 244 likes on Twitter
