Funny story.. my wife when she was 16 in Germany got asked the same question and laughed.. then they took her to an interrogation room and questioned her for 90 minutes. She never went back to Germany

I had a similar experience at TXL. After being singled out and checked in a room, another security guy found out i was leaving from Magedeburg, then he started talking to me in local dialect which i could only understand a few words. It was weird and awkward at the same time.
