Of note, the 2nd District hasn't elected a Democrat since before the Civil War. It's one of the reddest districts in the state, which is saying something.

It's not like Hoyos didn't make some noise, she did, just not enough in this district. Would think second time around + impeachment inquiry work in her favor in '20.

TN-2 might like to have a choice. Red district or not, it is nice when the congressperson represents all the constituents in the district. That is who I am looking for...I have watched and know how we have been represented. Now I will use that knowledge to make a decision in '20
