    Corporate landlords are on the rise. This might partly explain skyrocketing rental prices. We must put restrictions on real estate investment trusts and private equity funds that are becoming a larger part of the US rental market.

    Those are human beings. Ask yourself why they should be subjected to homelessness. Ask yourself what it’s like to be homeless in the winter, to have to sleep on the train. How’s that fair to them? They need services, they need shelter— prioritize that and you wouldn’t see this
