    When even the World Health Organization becomes a political weapon for the Chinese Communist Party, it makes me a bit worried. They are openly saying the virus is a global emergency but if the Taiwanese get sick it’s tough luck. Submit to red China or risk dying basically.

    Here's one: Give Taiwan a seat at the table. Not only does Taiwan have a number of healthcare and medical professionals that can (and should!) contribute to the dialogue, but overlooking the health of 23 million people is a huge disservice to the international community. 1/

    I've noticed my attention span for reading long Korean text has improved a lot. And the cause of this (not the effect) is that my vocabulary has been growing linearly for weeks (which never happened before). Vocabulary is a big part of the ticket out of the intermediate plateau!
