Fentanyl + other synthetic opioids are the leading cause of overdose + poisoning deaths in the U.S. Countless communities are grieving + picking up the pieces of lives + families shattered by loss. Recovery from opioids is a very challenging process. #NationalFentanylAwarenessDay

We’re all familiar with tough days. We wouldn’t wish them on anyone. But they do happen, and sometimes, the contrast they create brings gratitude for the healing moments. Read “Bad Days Make The Best Days (Notes From An Ex-Pessimist)” by Kanishka Nangare: wrt.lv/3LX3ZeS.

Sometimes we're so busy looking for big changes that we overlook the small ones that remind us growth is happening. Don’t forget to celebrate the little things.

Don't forget to take the time to care for yourself. The simplest things or a small collection of minutes can make a big difference. The time and energy we spend prioritizing our needs is a game changer. Consider this a gentle reminder that you deserve to show up for yourself.
