Currently, public sub counts are abbreviated in most but not all places across YouTube. In August, we’ll make this more consistent by always showing abbreviated sub counts publicly. How far do you have your head up your ass to think this is a good idea? You don't address a single complaint YouTubers have been voicing for over a year You are making your platform into a place to watch big corporate bullshit instead of creators. Nobody asked for this bs

Also what's next? Removing likes and dislikes? Removing views? How can I tell how a creator is doing? I, like most people like to see how people are doing. And if you think this will stop the unsubscribe trains, you are wrong.

A large number of people unsubscribing is a sign that you are doing something wrong. If you see someone having a large number of people unsubscribe to a channel you want to know why.

The unsubscribe is a strong tool to get a message across, when someone does someone does something bad. Losing that is losing part of the YouTube democracy.
