To continue to prevent misuse of our platform, we are introducing a few new requirements for developers today.

On September 10th, we’re applying new default app-level rate limits on POST endpoints for Tweets, Retweets, DMs, follows, and likes. We will contact developers who may be impacted to help them continue high-volume access for policy-compliant usage. cards.twitter.com/cards/3q12a/5z
We know these changes add a few steps and more time to getting started. We appreciate your part in helping improve developer accountability and curb API misuse.
We’re committed to supporting all developers who want to build high-quality, policy-compliant experiences on Twitter.

Great, I've had a test app restricted because I didn't know the exact threshold of favourite/retweet etc. Looking forward to getting this exact rate limit! :)
