In order to receive the Recap you had to opt-in for marketing emails prior to them being sent. Unfortunately, we aren't able to manually re-send recaps.
If you opted in, check your inbox and spam folder in the coming hours!

They should be available on the website like every other platform does this since no one keeps emails on anymore.

I got my "streamer" stats for the year but not my stats of me as a viewer. I watch streams way more than I actually stream.

It's not confusion. I think it's that people didn't know, and now they're irritated bc it should have been more prominent that they needed to do this in order to access their recap. You all should have known this. My entire twitter feed was these last year- people love them.
