Fog levels on your glasses increase 100% though...asking for tips. Went to store to buy groceries but couldn’t see with fogged up glasses. Need Tomato sauce and ended up picking up spaghetti-o’s without knowing. FWIW they’re weren’t bad. A bit of nostalgia.

If you wash your glasses with warm water and dish soap it cuts the fog for a day or two. I've seen several doctors post this method, and it works great.
