So apparently your voice can be copyright claimed on YouTube. I was testing my mic filters on a private stream and after I was done it got claimed by CD Baby.

It's really CD Baby you need to go after, not YouTube. YouTube is just doing what they are asked to do, by CD Baby. If you think people at YouTube judge each claim, think again.

It’s YouTube’s policy that is wrong tho. People make content, and then it’s falsely claimed by someone else. The abuser can just keep claiming it’s theirs until the only course of action is for the creator to take the disputer to court.
