A great idea to have recorded it! I wanted to do a little something before the final curtain fell and a 90-second Reith inspired countdown felt somewhat apt. Browser restrictions meant I couldn't guarantee the music played as that would have been a nice touch.

And at one second past 22:03 that's where we must end twenty years of television presentation and related discussion on TV Forum. So it's one final thank you from me as I wish you all a peaceful night. Goodnight. Asa

Such a thoughtful idea, thank you very much It's a cause that has sadly touched many families, including my own, so any donation to this charity would be fantastic. Thank you to everyone who has already

Thank you all for the lovely 20th birthday messages! 🎂 A bittersweet one but grateful nonetheless. Topics can now be ordered by popularity in their first 24 hours - some big events and rebrands over the years.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Martin Lambie-Nairn. An incredible body of work across many channels and a huge influence on my love of TV presentation. Many more tributes on the forum.

The first part of that junction was wonderfully old school too. A slide for donations, a slide to promote the book/DVD and then the next/later one.

The UK's newest channel launched at 9pm. "Merit" is from ITV, not that you'd know it from the presentation

OPINION: we don't see this often enough on - a trail endboard seamlessly transitioning to the equivalent ident.
