Digital-schmidital - of you’re going customer-value driven, you’re probably doing it right. If you add design as a wide topic to the mix, you have greater chances of hitting the target faster, better and sustainably. Then there’s channels, efficiency and such.

The key driver for new business model can be efficiency, which then is digitizing the business. I think new business models are not the drivers but outcomes.
