Deployment patterns: SaaS, customer VPC, dedicated VPC for each customer, on prem Dedicated VPC is most common thing I see in infra since customers still manage KMS/data but the provider manages software/VPC.

My first thought too. It's an interesting proposal, but I also wonder weather it will stifle vendors' ability to differentiate products and create valuable innovation. A lot of innovation is driven at the data layer these days particularly with AI emerging.
